The Nuclear Proteome Project

The goal of the Nuclear Proteome Project is to systematically identify the proteins that are contained within the nucleus of alveolar epithelial cells. The UTMB NHLBI Proteomics Center is using high resolution 2-dimensional (2D) gels to analyze this subcellular proteome.

  • To see the nuclear proteome template, click "View the 2D Nuc Proteome" link in the left navigation bar.
  • To view the multidimensional nuclear proteome generated by 2D gels after hplc fractionation, click "View the 3D Nuc Proteome" link in the left navigation bar.
